When three partners with over a half-century of combined experience in commercial real estate wanted to start their own firm, they encountered a slight problem. The properties they had developed at previous companies could not be used in their new marketing materials due to prior non-compete agreements. Solution: May & Co. conceived an illustrated presentation with composite portraits of each partner. Famed collagist Ivan Chermayeff was commissioned to create each interpretive collage referencing only architectural details of those landmark buildings.
